The Cognitive and Affective Mindfulness Scale (CAMS) is an 18-item scale designed to capture a broad conceptualization of mindfulness, with language that is not specific to any particular type of meditation training. The Cognitive Affective Mindfulness Scale Revised (CAMS-R) is a 12 item, uni-dimensional scale that assesses the four domains of mindfulness (attention, present-focus, awareness, acceptance/non-judgment)
